We survey millions of consumers and businesses each year to determine how well industries are listening to their customers and what factors determine customer satisfaction and quality. The highest-ranked company then has the ability to reference its performance and the J.D. Power and Associates trophy in advertising and promotional materials.

Results are based on measures of customer satisfaction and quality by consumers that are proprietary to J.D. Power and Associates. Awards and performance ranking are based on numerical scores, and not necessarily on statistical significance.
